HOLLYWOOD SIGN SAVED!
In an earlier post, I mentioned the preservation efforts to save the Hollywood sign in Los Angeles. Hugh Hefner has come to the rescue. The Playboy founder has donated $900,000 to save the sign which, together with other money raised, will keep the iconic letters intact on its perch on Cahuenga Peak.
